Carla was very helpful and patient with me the questions we had. If she wasn’t sure on something she would reach out to others and get back to us. Carla answered many questions and helped use book train travel in Switzerland and Europe which we were unfamiliar with. Carla was always very prompt when we had meetings setup and she was always willing to help out.
