Looking for a resort for your honeymoon or couples getaway? Here are some options you might like.
For a moderate budget you might like the romantic atmosphere of Port Orleans Riverside. This resort also has a boat to Downtown Disney for evening boat rides and shopping. Caribbean Beach Resort is also beautiful. It has an island theme, just watch out for pirates. If you want a resort with a health club then check out Coronado Springs. Its the only moderate resort with this feature.
If you have a little more money in the budget you might enjoy one of the deluxe hotels. The Yacht and Beach Club and Boardwalk has an excellent location for couples. They are located between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. These three resorts offer lots of dining options, especially at The Boardwalk. You can find out more about these in Disney Without Kids – Where to Eat. The Yacht Club is the most sophisticated of these three resorts and probably attracts less families than the other two.
Other deluxe options for romance and sophistication would be the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian. These resorts both have access to the Magic Kingdom via monorail. They also have lots of great places to eat and have easy access to the dinner shows.
These are some of my favorite resorts for couples without children.
