When traveling to Universal Orlando Resort or Walt Disney World, the last thing we want to have to do is go to a grocery store! Welcome to the world of GROCERY DELIVERY!
Who do we recommend?
In the grocery delivery game for grocery delivery in Walt Disney World and Universal Resorts, Magical Memory Planner believes there is only ONE good choice, Garden Grocer. Garden Grocer is our preferred delivery service for all grocery/personal supply that you should need/want for your upcoming Orlando theme park vacation.
HOW?
Before you travel, preferably more than 3 days prior to arrival/grocery delivery date, you will need to click this link: Garden Grocer and create an account. If you’re able to place your order extra early, they do offer promotions (ie discounts) on orders placed 120, 90, 60, 30 and 15 days ahead of delivery date. *please note* alcohol is excluded from these promotions
When placing your order, the screen will prompt you to choose a time slot for delivery. The windows available for Disney resorts are:
8am-12pm
12pm-4pm
4pm-9pm
*please note, some resorts have specific delivery window requirements and we have listed those below*
For Non-Disney resorts the delivery times are 8am and 4pm.
Details:
Garden Grocer has a $40 minimum for all delivery orders. There is a $15 delivery fee. However, if you order $200+ you get free delivery. Please note, for in room grocery delivery at Walt Disney World, Disney resorts now charge $6 for any order to be delivered to your room.
Once the food is delivered, bell services will hold all food items and refrigerate any items that require refrigeration. Alcohol will be stored at room temperature.
Pick the delivery date and time that works for you. Orders are delivered between 8am and 9pm 7 days a week. You must order a minimum of 36 hours in advance but 72 hours or more is preferred to ensure a delivery window that works best for you.

Pro Tips:
If you need to make any changes you will need to do so prior to 3 days before delivery.
Any changes you make, if it pushes you over the $200 order threshold your delivery fee will be waived.
Consider ordering diapers and wipes for delivery and only pack what you need for day of travel.
Order bottled waters for delivery!
Order breakfast items and/or snacks to save money.
If ordering milk, order a 1/2 gallon of milk, due to the size of the refrigerator in the room.
Order wine/beer to save money from purchasing during meals or at the resort store!
