This is the typical race requirements but may change for 2022 and beyond.
All race packages include the race registration and minimum 2 night hotel reservation at Walt Disney World Resort ®. You will have the option of adding a dining plan or additional park days as well. Maximum 4 (four) runners per room.
Deposit is the cost of race registration plus $200 per room. The $200 goes towards your hotel stay plus tickets. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-deferrable. Final payment is due 30 days before travel.
Registrations will only be accept by submission of this form. Submitting this information does not constitute a reservation nor does it secure a race registration. Emails will be answered in the order they have been received. Race Registrations will be allocated in the order they were received, first come, first served.
Each runner must pick up their own participation packet during regular scheduled hours at the runDisney Expo. You must have a valid ID in order to pick up your packet (driver’s license, passport, Military ID, Government issued ID). There are no exceptions!
