We have been working with Carla for two years and what a wonderful experience we have had with her. When planning our trips we need special accommodation and Carla is always spot on with putting everything together. She is professional, thoughtful, kind and goes out of her way to make the trip easier for us. What travel agent would come to your house to help you with your boarding pass and other questions you have to ask. We can’t say enough about Carla, she has become our friend, as well, as our travel agent. Would use no one else.

Carla delivered exactly what we needed from a travel agent. We had never been on a cruise before and, admittedly, don’t get out much. Carla’s knowledge of what to do and where to go is exactly what we needed in order to make the most of our trip. We will be booking our next adventure with Carla! 

We had an amazing time on our cruise to the Bahamas, but it wasn't easy getting us there. After Carla got everything booked and ready for us, my husband had to cancel and this threw a wrench in the works. Carla was able to get everything sorted out in record time and the rest of the family still had a fantastic vacation.

Carla was fantastic to work with! She helped us plan our first Disney Cruise (Eastern Caribbean) and made the whole process so easy. We had an amazing time. She helped us get all the experiences, port adventures, and character meets that we wanted. She sent regular reminders throughout our planning process and her Disney Cruise knowledge really helped us create a great vacation for our family. We had an amazing trip to Disney this past December, and we couldn’t have done it without Carla! It was no easy task managing and booking rooms, dining, experiences, and ground transportation to and from the airport for 11 people (yes, I said 11!) ages 5 to 75 with various levels of accommodations needed. Carla took care of everything. She managed to book every single thing we wanted and needed for our family vacation. Magic! I would recommend Carla to anyone planning a Disney trip or any other vacation. She made everything easy and stress free for us. I can’t thank her enough!

Carla did an amazing job planning our trip for us! Having not flown or gone on a cruise ship for over 20 years my anxiety was high! Carly made it so easy and seamless! She took care of every aspect from scheduling cars to go to the airport, getting us TSA checks, accommodations, suggestions for when and where to visit, and so many other things I would never have thought of! She obviously has extensive experience traveling which translates well to her ability to work with other on their trips. I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure we were well within budget. I would definitely recommend Carla and will use her to plan our next trip!

Carla did a great job planning our Mom’s Cruise to the Bahamas! The transportation transfers were super comfortable and on time. We never waited. The trip was fully explained to us prior with all the information we needed to have a great trip. She is very knowledgeable and so friendly and fun! You will love her!

Carla planned my most recent vacation with a crew of 20+ people from all over the country, most not knowing one another. She introduced us and we had all made friends within days! Only a great agent with a super personality could do that. Carla has the best energy, positive, excited and prepared always. Carla is a thoughtful person and gave us lots of tips ahead of time and while on the cruise. I had a typo in my dining reservation time and she stopped what she was doing to take us to guest services to straighten it out. Only Carla could have pulled off a trip as big as this one with so many people who did not know one another. My mom and I had a great time!!

As a skilled world traveler, I used to book all my vacations on my own because I knew what I was doing. Once Carla helped me with a quick trip a few years ago, I've had her handle all my trips. She takes care of every little detail. Now I can plan my trips through Carla without having to worry about anything which saves me so much time and worry, and it doesn't cost me a thing. Carla is AMAZING! We sailed on a Bahamas Cruise and worried about absolutely nothing!
