Hi! I’m Megan a travel advisor with Magical Memory Planners based in Arkansas, though a piece of my heart definitely lives inside Magic Kingdom eating a churro on the hub grass.
I began my journey with Magical Memory Planners in 2019 after years of helping friends and family plan their vacations just for fun. After every trip, I came home even more excited to share tips, talk travel, and help others create memories of their own and eventually turned that passion into a career I truly love.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve planned hundreds of vacations for families, couples, groups, and travelers looking for everything from magical theme park adventures to relaxing all-inclusive escapes and cruise vacations. One of my favorite parts of this business is growing alongside my clients as their families, travel styles, and vacation dreams evolve over the years.

I am a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and hold certifications with brands including Sandals Resorts, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, AmaWaterways, and Universal Orlando Resort. I also regularly participate in ongoing trainings, ship tours, and on-site resort visits to stay current and provide clients with firsthand recommendations and real-world insight.
As both a Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort Annual Passholder, I strongly believe firsthand experience matters. I love staying up to date on resorts, dining, entertainment, and new offerings so I can help clients choose the vacation that truly fits their family, style, and budget.
My planning style combines elevated service with a warm, approachable experience. I believe luxury travel should feel exciting and accessible never intimidating, whether you’re planning a once-in-a-lifetime vacation or a quick last-minute getaway, I’m here to make the process feel seamless and stress-free from start to finish.
When I’m not planning vacations, I’m usually spending time with my husband, my daughter Raygan, and our two cats, two dogs & 2 ducks, most likely with a Dr Pepper in hand while dreaming about my next trip. Personally, I’m just as happy relaxing at an all-inclusive resort as I am sailing away on a cruise vacation.
And a fun fact alongside travel planning, I’ve also been an auctioneer for nearly 20 years… so if you’ve ever wondered whether I can actually do the fast-talking auction voice, the answer is absolutely yes!

We had ONE thing on our list and it was Epic! We conquered it in a day without express, thanks to Megan’s suggestions! We ended up splurging on a premier hotel and got the express at both Universal and Islands! I can tell you now that it was so nice to have!
Military Family here! Disney is already overwhelming but being able to stay at the Disney Resort we wanted & apply a military discount made the trip even better. Megan found us savings we didn’t know about & took care of getting us from the airport to our resort and back! I loved the simplicity of just booking and vacationing!

Our family vacation this year wasn't how we had originally planned it but it was just as magical! Underneath those masks were smiles, laughs, silly faces and lots of sweat, with that being said we couldn't have done it without our amazing Disney agent Megan Thompson! If you're ready to plan your trip you have to let Megan Thompson do it for you. It's completely free to you and she literally does all of the work, has perks you don't know about and can get things done! Example: Topilinos. Sister snagged us a reservation at 8am, and 8:35am... they were booked solid but we got to pick which time we went. I'm not saying this just because she's my good friend— you truly won't be disappointed! I'm already fluttering my eyes at the Mr for our next trip!

First if you don't have a travel agent...... use Megan Thompson with Magical Memory Planners!!! She was amazing and checked on us each day to make sure everything went smoothly and answered so many of my dumb questions!!
From the room, reservations, LL, etc., we couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip. From start to finish, it was absolute perfection, thanks to Megan's meticulous planning. To all the Disney goers who plan their trips independently, kudos to you, because we couldn't have had the trip we did and enjoyed every moment without Megan's expertise! All the early mornings to secure the best character meals, BBB, lightning lanes, and last-minute changes because she knows I can be indecisive. All that to say, we are eternally grateful for making our girls' trip nothing short of magical and allowing us parents to relax and enjoy every moment!
We had the best week in a Disney and couldn't have had the best week without Megan doing all the planning, reservations, and answering my 900 questions at all hours of the night and morning. She worked hard to land us all our characters meals we wanted and planned our park days for us to make the most of each day!!
There was about a million and one reasons it almost didn't happen.... Including but not limited to hurricanes, strep throat and flight changes....But where there is a will there is a way (and a really good Disney planner... shout out Megan Thompson).
Megan was an absolute treasure to work with in planning our trip! We booked out trip in January 2020 right before Covid took over. We inteded to do the Halloween party! Megan had worked hard to book everything for us but due to covid we had to reschedule 3X. Megan was great about logging in to change our plans or even calling Disney if needed to update something. It was so nice to know everything would be covered because she knew all the ins and outs of Disney. We finally were able to go in January 2021! She changed out plans, even got us a new discount from a new promo that was out, set alerts to secure the dining we wanted and was there every step of the way. We had a magical trip even through all the covid requirements and would defiinitely recommend her to anyone! She will go above and beyon to make sure your trip is exactly how you imagine it!
