Nicole has always been available to help with all of our vacation planning needs. Very insightful and always helps me make the best decisions for my family of 8. Nicole was suggested to me by a friend many years ago and I have never once considered not working with her on a trip since looking forward to planning many more!

We had such a magical week at Disney World thanks to Nicole! This was our first experience booking a cruise. After months of debating and research Nicole made it so easy and ensured we had everything we wanted. Royal Caribbean doesn’t make it easy booking for a family of 5 in one room so having her help us was a huge relief! She ensured we had travel coverage, necessary travel documentation, helps us with knowing what to do to book excursions. We had a mishap at the airport when my daughter and I had to leave in the life squad when she fell before we were checking in. I text Nicole once we were at the hospital to see what we would need to do if we had to change our plans and stay another day and she was immediately available, giving me information about what to do and who to contact. Luckily due to travel conditions in Ky, our flight was delayed 2 hours and we didn’t have any issues making our flight time. we will definitely be using her for our January 2024 vacation!

We are Florida residents and Disney annual pass holders, but we decided we wanted to go to Disney for Labor Day, but was a little overwhelmed trying to find the best price for a hotel. Nicole is amazing! My huge party of 16 (then two additional added on due to my sisters having babies) was a tall order for Nicole. This trip was 3 years in the making thanks to COVID BUT Nicole handled everything with grace and patience. Her responses are always immediate and she is super knowledgeable. I absolutely give 10/10 stars to Nicole!  She created the best vacation at Universal Orlando for us.  My daughter is 8 and has read the Harry Potter series and watched all the movies so I knew I had to take her to Wizarding World.  Nicole helped me to comparison shop the hotels and answered every question, no matter how small, thoroughly, and quickly.  She knows everything about Universal and made our trip perfect!  I highly recommend her to plan your next vacation!

Thanks to Nicole, our vacation was a once in a lifetime trip for us! I haven’t been to Disney since I was 5 years old and she made this trip super easy to plan. Nicole was absolutely amazing in planning a multi-family Universal/Disney vacation. She took care of all the details -- even ones we never would have thought about.
