Be awestruck by the breathtaking fjords, glacial lakes and snow-capped mountains that serve as majestic backdrops to the storybook villages that populate the region. Fish, hike, raft and envelope yourself in the warm, welcoming local culture on your Adventures by Disney Norway vacation.
Here are the highlights of the 8 day adventure to Norway.
Your adventure starts in Bergen at the Radisson Blue Royal Hotel. The next day you are off to go river rafting in Voss and continue your stay at the Fretheim Hotel. Your next adventure will be a Fjord Safari on RIB Boat, a visit to Undredal Stave Church and a cultural walk in Flam. You will then head to the Hotel Union where you will visit the Borgund Stave Church in Lærdal. The next day brings the adventure of visiting Westerås Farm, walk to Fjord Viewpoint, and a hike to Storseterfossen Waterfall. On day 6 you will get to try net fishing or rowboating on Lake Loen and take a bike ride to Kjenndalsbreen Glacier. Lastly, your trip will end with a trip to Oslo and the Gran Hotel Oslo where you will enjoy a farwell dinner and folk dancing.
Tip: Come in a day or two early to get acclimated to the time change and see Bergen. Add a day or two at the end so you can spend some time enjoying Oslo.
