Norwegian Bliss has arrived and will be sailing the Caribbean and Alaska starting May of 2018. This is the the biggest Norwegian Cruise Line ship to date and has some amazing new features.
The newest highlights that families will love onboard the Norwegian Bliss are the two deck high racing course for electric go carts and a laser tag game on the set of an abandoned spaceship. This ship still has its water park with multistory water slides and a children’s splash park.
When it comes to food this ship will not disappoint. It has some of my personal favorites including Margaritaville and Food Republic. It also has a new Texas barbecue restaurant called Q which will feature live pop country music. Like the other Norwegian ships in this class, Norwegian Escape and Norwegian Joy, it features the waterfront on deck 8 where many restaurants have an outside dining location that is sure to impress.
When it comes to entertainment you will love the clubs and venues including the show Jersey Boys or rock the night away at the Cavern Club with the Beatles. Havana features a celebration of culture from the 1950s from Cuba and the show Happy Hour Prohibition – the Musical takes you to a hip speakeasy. If that’s not your style you can laugh the night away at the comedy club, visit one of the themed parties, or relax in a quiet lounge.
There is a room for everyone on the Bliss from studios that sleep one all the way up to suites in the Haven. There are connecting cabins for families and lots of balcony cabins to choose from.
This ship has all the traditional areas you would expect on a cruise ship as well such as complimentary youth programs like Splash Academy and Entourage, a casino, Mandara Spa, and observation lounges. The ship has 20 decks and is almost 1,000 feet long.
The Norwegian Bliss will sail to the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, and South/Central America. So many places to explore on this amazing new ship.
