Nicole is amazing! My huge party of 16 (then two additional added on due to my sisters having babies) was a tall order for Nicole. This trip was 3 years in the making thanks to COVID BUT Nicole handled everything with grace and patience. Her responses are always immediate and she is super knowledgeable. Her professionalism and expertise were outstanding! She was even there for us standing by while we were at Disney and had to get some things straightened out with some of our tickets right away. She even went above and beyond and left surprises while we were there! It was a true pleasure to work with Nicole and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
