Bethany is always so helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed from booking our hotel before the cruise and the cruise. She gave us pointers for the trip and the itinerary. She printed off all our documents we needed, sent us luggage tags and lanyards. She was always available to answer any questions I had and said if we needed anything while we were there to give her a call.
