Nicole Ibarra did a great job helping me plan our trip to Universal. She responded quickly to all my questions and had so much helpful information. We had a slight hiccup with park tickets right when we got there (not her fault!) and she helped me figure it out within minutes. She even had a sweet treat surprise delivered to our hotel for us.
