Bethany made sure every little detail was planned. She had his “surprise cruise present” in a card for him to open at Christmas. She had the Pre cruise stay, flights, port transportation, documents, luggage tags, etc ready for our trip. She kept me posted on flight schedules and was just wonderful to work with.
