We’ve been using Nicole Ibarra with Memory Planners since 2017, and she has been absolutely amazing every single trip. She is always so helpful, quick to answer questions, and incredibly patient, especially with our large family groups.
This most recent trip was for 12 people and she helped coordinate everything for Universal Epic Universe, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, making the whole process so much easier and less stressful. She always has the best recommendations too, from drinks and restaurants to little must see spots around the parks that we would have missed otherwise.
This trip was booked pretty last minute, and she still made everything come together perfectly. When we book further in advance, she always sends thoughtful goodies that make the trip feel even more special.
