I absolutely give 10/10 stars to Nicole! She created the best vacation at Universal Orlando for us. My daughter is 8 and has read the Harry Potter series and watched all the movies so I knew I had to take her to Wizarding World. Nicole helped me to comparison shop the hotels and answered every question, no matter how small, thoroughly, and quickly. She knows everything about Universal and made our trip perfect!
