Our first interaction with Magical Memory Planners was for a cruise to Alaska. We had only done one short cruise before this and were a little hesitant but after talking with Carla, she reassured us it would be a different experience than before and she was 100% correct ! With her knowledge of the industry and her firsthand experiences to guide us, we were thrilled with our room locations on board ship as well as the vessel itself.
Our flight arrangements were awesome as well as the overnight accommodations once we arrived on the west coast. Carla took the time to ask what our interests were and what we were hoping to see or do during the trip and based on that, she made several recommendations. The packages that were suggested for us proved to be a great value/savings and we had a TON OF FUN! It was the experience of a lifetime and I would not hesitate to look to Magical Memory Planners to book future travel events. Another positive experience came about when we were contemplating a 17,000 mile trip through multiple countries and airlines – that can be a bit daunting. I am so thankful we were able to work with Carla and Allison of Magical Memory Planners. Carla was simply amazing as a customer advocate! She devoted a great deal of time and energy ensuring we were comfortable with all the arrangements and travel options. She was tireless as she provided us with information that we didn’t even know we needed until we needed it ! Carla saved us so much time and probably a serious/costly mistake or two and we truly benefited from her expert guidance. We had an amazing and memorable trip to the South Pacific which I will always cherish and no doubt it was due to the caring and diligent planning that was done on our behalf ! Highly Recommended!
