Origin Story
Magical Memory Planners was started in 2012 with one agent and one destination, Disney. Although Disney is still one of our most popular destinations, we have expanded to about 50 agents and more than 100 destinations.
Magical Memory Planners Founder
Allison Sandberg is the founder of Magical Memory Planners and now has children in their late teens/early 20s. She has travelled since she was born and loves to go to new places. She has continued instilling the love of travel with her own children as she started traveling with them right after they were born. From Disney trips when they were young to bucket list trips like Alaska and the Mediterranean, they have grown as a family through the travels they have taken.
While the kids were young and even more now that they are older, she also spends time every year traveling alone with her husband of almost 25 year. They love the Caribbean or cruises for quick trips as well as longer trips to Europe every couple of years.

We book vacations for families and couples. We offer a variety of destinations and put together all the details from flights, transfers, hotels, activities, and more. What we include depends on the destinations but we are there to help with everything along the way. What we don’t do are road trips, flights alone, camping trips, and other trips similar to that.
We have planners in many different states but that doesn’t matter. You can work with any planner that you feel is a good fit for your family and what you need. We work through email, zoom, phone calls, etc. You can learn more about our planners on our website.

Since we have so many suppliers we can put together a trip with a supplier that is an expert in that destination, ensuring you have the best trip possible.

Share some information with us and then one of our planners (or the one you selected) will reach out via email to set up a call or to move forward with a quote.
Once everything is adjusted and customized we will book your trip and make sure you have all the documentation. Then we will walk you through the rest of the planning process to ensure you don’t miss any important dates. Then you are free to enjoy your vacation and we will check in when you get home to see how everything went.

For the most part no. We take care of booking your package and don’t charge you anything additional. The only except is an FIT Europe Itinerary (this is a fully customized itinerary put together by your agent) has a planning fee.
