Universal Destinations and Experiences

I just wanted to share with someone on the team that Tammy is A-Mazing to work with.   She has booked several trips for us from Cruises to Universal and Disney and always provides the best insights into our planning - when to go, where to stay, what to do, things to keep in mind as well as being so gracious when they are last minute changes - always ensuring our plans are updated accordingly.  She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would not book a trip without her.

Thanks to Susan Crater, my family had the best time at Disney and Universal! She helped us with every step along the way, and made sure our trip was magical!

Nicole is awesome! She has helped us plan 2 vacations to perfection.She planned our family trip to Disney in 2023 and to Universal this spring. Nicole took the time to learn about our family and what my children would enjoy, and then used that to make recommendations and plans that worked perfectly for us. Her communication was always clear and helpful, and you can tell that she truly cares for her clients! She gave us fun surprises along the way too, which added to the magic. It was easy and stress free! We found the things she recommended were awesome!! It was nice to have someone who knew about the different resorts and about the smaller details. We went to Universal one day during our trip and Jo set up a ride for us from a very nice car service and was really convenient.

Mandi helped us plan an amazing trip to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! Due to her suggestion of choosing a premiere resort (Royal Pacific) we were able to get on every ride with no more than a 15 minute wait. The resort was very nice as well and everyone was very welcoming and helpful! We will definitely have Mandi help with the planning again!

We decided to do a family vacation to Universal Studios in Orlando! It was one of the best decisions, the second was using Mandi with Magical Memory Planners!! She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We just got back from our amazing vacation; where we made tons of memories and had a blast! We are already planning on going back...and we will only use Mandi at Magic Memory Planners!!
