Our training doesn’t stop there though. We have certifications and training both online and onsite from lots of destinations including (but not limited to) Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, Universal Studios, Legoland, Discovery Cove and Sea World, Sandals, and so many more. We have traveled with our kids as well so we can give you lots of helpful advice to help your family plan the most magical vacation ever.

You can make your reservations directly with Disney or the cruise line but every time you have a question and call you will have to wait on hold and then speak to someone new who doesn’t know your family and their needs. When you work with Magical Memory Planners you can drop your MMP an email or give them a call and we can help you with your questions. We will get to know you and give you advice that is personal to your family. We will always be your advocate making sure everything is taken care of.
Reminders:
It is amazing how time can get away from you and how you may forget its time to make that final payment or dining reservations. We have had several clients tell us, “I’m so glad you called. I thought my payment was due next week” or something similar. Its nice to know someone will remind you when its time to make final payment, dining reservations, fastpasses, or complete your online check-in.

We keep an eye on all our clients reservations and if there is a promotion that applies to your trip you will be hearing from us. We will do our best to be sure you are getting the best price.
