Did somebody say Flowers? ~Isabela
2023 Flower & Garden Festival has come to an end. When 2024 Flower & Garden details are announced, we will let you know here!
March 1st saw the start of the 29th Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot! We scoped out all the beauty and fun and food and are ready to show you how amazing this festival is!
Flower and Garden Festival Passport
As with all festival’s there is a Festival Passport to help you know where to find the festival fun! Remember, the passport can be picked up at the entrance to the park as well as the registers of the outdoor kitchens and some merchandise kiosks.
Flower and Garden Topiaries
As in years past, topiaries are a huge part of the Festival! All around Epcot, there are amazing topiaries created by the horticulturalists of Epcot. This year saw the introduction of a few new topiaries! Tiana and Encanto featuring Mirabel, Antonio, Isabela and Luisa are this years new topiaries and are creating quite the stir! They truly are beautiful! The Encanto topiaries are located at Main Entrance and at night, the butterfly in Mirabel’s hand lights up and changes color with the Encanto light show that appears on Spaceship Earth.
Tiana is featured in The American Adventure pavilion. The outdoor kitchen in The American Adventure is centered around the Bayou and fit beautifully with Tiana’s topiary.

Beautiful Gardens
There are several NEW gardens this year! My personal favorites are the Shishi-odoshi garden in Japan and the Blossoms of Fragrance garden on the bridge to World Showcase.

Here are a few of the garden destinations offered this year:
Community Garden – Near Connections Cafe
Connections Conservatory Garden – Inside Connections Cafe
Desert Garden – Mexico
Songbird Meadow – between Creations Shop & Test Track
Family-Friendly Play Garden – between Creations Shop & Test Track
Prehistoric Plants – near Mission Space (close to the food stand by the bathrooms closest to Creations Store)
Butterfly Landing – Near Imagination!

Scavenger Hunt
Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration is back for 2023 and is a great way to experience all aspects of the Flower & Garden Festival! It’s also a great way to entertain the kiddos.
The maps can be purchased in the Creations Shop, the World Traveler store and Festival Markets around the park.

After finding Spike at all the “gardens”, you take the map to one of the redemption centers. The Creation Store is one of the locations, so you could even redeem it and claim your prize as you leave the park.
Food & Outdoor Kitchens
The outdoor kitchens have outdone themselves again! The food options vary and gain inspiration from the garden’s & topiaries on display.
Here are a few of the delicious options this year!
