Extra Magic Hours are one of the benefits of being a resort guest. In order to get into the morning extra magic hours everyone in your group needs to present your resort ID at the turnstiles and have valid park admission. To stay for the evening hours you will need to do the same thing. Make sure you have resort ID for everyone in your group handy.
*Update – Now you can just show your magic band!
Extra Magic Hours are not every day at every park but usually one of the parks is having morning or evening extra magic hours every day.
When you check in at your resort you will receive information on the Extra Magic Hours during your stay.
Using the EMH doesn’t cost you anything extra and are part of the many benefits of staying at a Disney resort.
Morning EMH are usually an hour before park opening time and evening EMH are up to 2 hours after park closing.
To find out the park hours and EMH for your trip go here. You can put in the first night of your stay and then it will give you up to 10 days of park hours. This is great to put on your itinerary before you call to make your ADR’s too.
