She was always available via email and willing to hop on a phone call to answer any questions we had. Her responsiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. A particularly important moment that truly highlighted Mandi's dedication was when we missed our flight due to icy weather. Mandi and her husband went above and beyond to find us another flight, rearrange our transportation, and alert the hotel of our new travel plans. Their support during this stressful time was invaluable and allowed us to focus on getting to our destination. Bethany is by far the very best agent ever! She has handled two recent cruises for our family/travel group and planning another for 10 in September ; she delivers excellent personal service that goes far beyond others.
