Family Vacations Made Easy

This was our first experience booking a cruise. After months of debating and research Nicole made it so easy and ensured we had everything we wanted. Royal Caribbean doesn’t make it easy booking for a family of 5 in one room so having her help us was a huge relief! She ensured we had travel coverage, necessary travel documentation, helps us with knowing what to do to book excursions. We had a mishap at the airport when my daughter and I had to leave in the life squad when she fell before we were checking in. I text Nicole once we were at the hospital to see what we would need to do if we had to change our plans and stay another day and she was immediately available, giving me information about what to do and who to contact. Luckily due to travel conditions in Ky, our flight was delayed 2 hours and we didn’t have any issues making our flight time. we will definitely be using her for our January 2024 vacation!

We have worked with Allison several times over the years and couldn’t imagine planning a Disney or Universal vacation any other way. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and super patient with answering our many questions. She is a pro!

Melinda was so wonderful and patient through the whole trip planning process. She made planning a breeze and answered all my silly questions I would definitely recommend her and use her again for future trips.
