The first and most important reason is food. When you go on vacation the first thing you want is food and lots of options especially with kids. During dinner they will help cut your food and kids food so you can relax, recommend places to go and see during your port of calls, make those cute towel animals , clean your stateroom, clean the halls, paint the walls and areas that need to be touched up, hand you a cleaning towel before entering the eating areas, and greet you every time they see you. There is also tween and teen clubs for those ages to enjoy.
