There is such an amazing variety of quick service in Epcot. So many options and much of the food is grown in Epcot too!

Future World West
Sunshine Season – The Land – This is the only QS place that serves breakfast. It is like a food court with one final place to pay. There are both made-to-order and already prepared options. Lots of healthy options including, salads, soups, fresh sandwiches, sushi, rotisserie chicken, beef, salmon, and stir fry. I love to get something here. There is also a children’s area with mac n cheese, chicken legs, and other kid friendly foods.
World Showcase (Clockwise from Mexico to Canada)
Mexico – La Cantina de San Angel – Tacos, nachos and Mexican favorites
Norway – Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe – Chicken salad, egg, roast beef, and open face sandwiches served with or without soup. They also have pbj for the kids. Lots of great coffee drinks and some nice sweet treats.
China – Lotus Blossom Café – Pot stickers, egg rolls, orange chicken, beef noodle soup bowl, shrimp fried rice, vegetarian stir fry, Mongolian beef, and sesame chicken salad. Delicious fresh brewed iced tea here too.
Germany – Sommerfest – Bratwurst, hot dogs and delicious desserts like apple strudel, black forest cake, and cheesecake. This is at a stand on the lagoon side across from Germany.
American Adventure – Regal Eagle Smokehouse – Craft Drafts and Barbeque -This new location has some unique beers to try and awesome bbq.
Japan – Katsura Grill – Teriyaki, sushi, noodle, salad, and curry
Morocco – Tangierine Cafe – Mediterranean chicken, lamb or tabbouleh wraps, Shawarma chicken and lamb platters, and vegetarian platter. Chicken tenders, hamburgers, and pizza for kids.
France – Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie – Sandwiches and sweets (amazing desserts)

United Kingdom – Yorkshire County Fish Shop – Fish and Chips
Seasonal Festivals
There is also a lot of extra quick service at Epcot during each of the annual festivals with lots of additional dining options. If you love food, then you will want to hit every festival. The good news is there is one going on every season of the year!
Festival of the Arts – Takes place at the beginning of the year, usually during January and February. The focus is on the arts but there are also lots of additional food options.
Flower and Garden Festival – Takes place every spring from about March to July. This festival celebrates with beautiful topiaries and displays.
Food and Wine Festival – Takes place every fall from about late August until early November. Booths from around the world showcase food and wine options.
Holidays Around the World – Takes place during the holiday season. Not only are their food booth with traditional holiday foods from around the world, but there are also special dining packages for priority seating during the evening performances.
