Disney’s New Fantasyland is set to open December 6, 2012. According to Disney some of the new attractions that will be opening are: Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid, The Castle of the Beast that will include the Be Our Guest Restaurant, Gaston’s Tavern, and Belle’s Cottage and Enchanted Tales with Belle.
Be our Guest Restaurant has seating for 550 in the ballroom, gallery and “West Wing” of Beast’s castle. The new restaurant will be quick service by day but table service for dinner. Reservations are speculated to open in late August.
There is even more to come when the next phase opens in 2014 including the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and the Princess Fairytale Hall.
For those guests arriving before Disney’s new Fantasyland opens you will find Storybook Circus is already open. This area includes Dumbo the Flying Elephant, the classic Barnstormer with a brand new look, the Disney’s new Fantasyland Station on the Walt Disney World Railroad, and Casey Jr. Splash ‘n’ Soak station.
